Incredibly demoralizing. Francis was a massive stumbling block for me to overcome to even consider Catholicism and when he died I had hoped we’d have a new pope that was actually Catholic. Do we really have 20+ more years of this?? You forgot to add he wants us to pray with heretics and “believers in other religious traditions” to promote “peace and fraternity.” Relating abortion to “mistreatment” of illegal criminals flooding our country is repulsive. Global warming is the MORAL issue of our time? WTH is going on!! Lord have mercy. I understand why my friends chose to be Orthodox over Catholic it’s so tragic.
Thank you but I am Catholic! I go to a thriving FSSP parish with an adoration chapel that’s open 24/7 and multiple daily masses available. (I try to make it to several a week.) I love being Catholic! It’s been a beautiful journey to arrive here I was just confirmed in May and had my marriage convalidated and my 3 children baptized as well. I just wish our Holy Father shared the same love for our rich and ancient tradition as we do. It makes it confusing as a new Catholic how Rome can be so ambiguous and progressive in all the worst ways.
Welcome! I hear you. It is very demoralizing. I wish I didn’t have to get the message out but I truly believe the first step to turning things around is for people to realize what’s going on.
And put pressure on Rome? Or what has to happen? All the boomers have to die and new clergy basically from the bottom up before we see any real changes? I know the pendulum swings, much slower in the Church obviously than let’s say American politics, not that that’s quite an adequate comparison but you understand the sentiment.
I’m convinced there is a silent majority of Catholics who attend mass weekly who are completely opposed to all of this nonsense and they personally do not believe in it whatsoever. There are so many good Catholics, who believe in the Real Presence and have devotions to Our Lady and believe in Traditional Catholic morality. Also many good devout priests, even in the Novus Ordo. Much fewer good bishops. The enemy has infested themselves through the episcopacy and the papacy. But these bishops and the pope get away with it because nobody is exposing exactly what lunacy and insanity they are espousing.
The average conservative Catholic in the pew goes about their daily life and at best they might hear a blurb or two about some nice thing the pope or Bishop did or some generic words they say.
If they actually knew what these people are teaching, they would naturally reject it. If enough people can find out and get around these gatekeepers who keep it secret from them, I believe there would be more and more outrage that could form into public pressure. Right now, the silent majority are a sleeping lion who don’t realize the absurd garbage their leaders are spewing.
Don't be overly optimistic about even the well-inclined Novus Ordo priests. 99.9% of seminaries teach the Vatican II version of Catholicism - which isn't Catholicism. They don't know what they don't know. And that makes them very dangerous. Even when they are instructed (i.e. "extra ecclesiam nulla salus" as to how Church has always understood it until the last 60 years), they're most resistant. They've a completely different mind-set - with VERY few exceptions.
This makes so much sense. I saw an interview on YT earlier Matt Fradd and Dr. Peter Kwasniewski and saw some comments saying Pope Leo is based and red pilled and I have no idea how people would come to that conclusion unless they only see a couple headlines saying something so basic as “the pope says marriage is between a man and a woman!” Wow breaking news!! 😂🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Is that all it takes to be “based” now!? Pathetic.
Chris, you say: "But these bishops and the pope get away with it because nobody is exposing exactly what lunacy and insanity they are espousing."
I have pointed out in other posts that many people have been exposing the heresies and errors coming out of Vatican II and some have written about the historical events that led up to this terrible council for decades. The truth has thus been exposed for a very long time but most people refuse to believe it.
Sad isn't it? There are so many low-information adults walking around w a computer in their own hand.......Paul Kengor wrote a good book :The Devil and Bella Dodd......very informative on the Communism in Holy Church and USA.
Now wait a minute here - "good devout Priests even in the Novus Ordo"?? There are so many commenters here who repeatedly say that anything NovusOrdo is pure Anti-Church.
Chris Jackson, where do you stand, once and for all, on this seeming contradiction? Do you not believe that anything even remotely NovusOrdo is to be totally avoided?
The clergy coming up are honestly no better than the Boomers. I came in Easter 1990, and everyone then was saying “All the liberal Vatican 2 clergy and bishops are on the way out!” Guess what happened? The John Paul 2 generation NEVER materialized. A third of a century later, all the problems he was going to fix are far worse, and we still hear the same false promises.
That exactly what had to happen sadly. My parents are boomers and a lot of people I love are. And they are great people. But it's the worst, most destructive generation in recent history and it will take a long time to hopefully reverse the damage they've done. If that's even possible.
The laity - I'm assuming your parents are laity! - wouldn't have destroyed much without guidance and teaching to that effect from the Hierarchy. If the Hierarchy had remained faithful and pre-VII excommunications had dealt properly with the main advocates of modernism, most laity would never have had the will or the opportunity to change anything. because they themselves would have been facing excommunication. Most had probably never even heard of modernism, let alone understand its intended goals. Once the hierarchy starting promoting the damage you're talking about, a lot of the laity would follow them and the speed at which Churches were destroyed does suggest a lot of support for the agenda once it was 'offered' to the laity.
When Trads spend a lot of time praising the Middle Ages, I often wonder why, if everyone was so truly Catholic at heart as well as externally, God saw fit to allow the chastisement of the Reformation in Europe and the consequences of it. We know from, for example, St Peter Damian that horrors were going on at that time also and the spread of Protestant ideas means that a lot of 'Catholics' were happy to embrace them, but would they have lost the Faith if Luther etc had not been there to 'persuade' them.
I suppose what I'm trying to say is that the Hierarchy and all Church leaders have a massive responsibility when it comes to leading the laity astray - and these days the world as well.
Im a boomer/they were trash.Horrible parents ,strung out on drugs, no religion, nuts. It was hard getting decent friends and a mate at that timeline fact I married a much older man.
It's not the role of the laity or clergy to put pressure on Rome. The grace of office is sufficient unto the day. Either the Supreme Pontiff accepts the grace that illuminates the truth (after sufficient prayer, reflection and requested theological and philosophical input). The laity putting pressure turn the sacred into the secular.
Exactly! They are two of the gatekeepers. Trad Inc plus the popesplaining Neo-Catholics. They do their audience a deep disservice. Just look at my last article. It was on Bannon’s War Room.
Chris, don't "hawk" your service to the Church: "Don't miss out. . . " Maybe I've become overly sensitive due to the likes of Taylor Marshall. But, to me, you sounded too much like a salesman. Your message speaks for itself.
We have 20 masses a week (5 on Sunday and 2-3 every week day) and even on weekdays there’s lots of parishioners that attend but Sundays every mass is so packed the overflow room has to be used and filled too. They’re actually planning to build a new bigger parish, Roman cathedral style! 😁 Hopefully within the next year or so. We’ve had lots of new converts (myself included) and tons of young families and large families with kids and babies everywhere! The adoration chapel always has someone with our LORD every 24 hour slot is filled usually with more than 1 person. I love our priests and we have a great community. So to me that is thriving! Tbh I’m not sure their theology but I guess I assume if they went the TLM route they must love traditionalism right? I’ve never read that book I’ll check it out.
I know they’re Thomists, preserve theology and liturgy prior to Vatican II, have devotion to the Eucharist and Mary.. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be comparing their theology to or what “pedigrees” they have. Like I said I was just confirmed in May this year am I supposed to sit down and interview them as if I’ve been through 7 years of seminary before attending mass there? 😅
Sede's do not have a novel theology. We have a theory based upon the unprecedented situation we have been in since Vatican II and the true theology taught by the Church regarding the papacy which is a heretic or schismatic is not a member of the Church and thus cannot validly claim to be a true pope.
We don't care about the FSSP or ICKSP because they are part of the Novus Ordo counterfeit church.
sedevacantism is built on top of jewish fables.. like the fake letter giving Thuc papal power.. didnt come from Rome.. came from the marrano jew paul lesourd, 1929..
Pre-V2 Catholics aren't the ones with novel theology but V2 adherents are, e.g. religious liberty, ecumenism, collegiality, which just happen to correspond to the ideals of the French Revolution: "liberty, equality, fraternity!"
U are purposely miss-naming ppl..I am a post V2 Catholic, yet like so many others, I am fully aware of the infiltration of jewish menace into the RCC..To abandon Holy Mother Church in her hour of greatest need is not an answer any traditional Catholic does..sedes have left the jurisdiction of the RCC and have established their own independent hierarchy while pretending to be apostolic and true to Christ..thats EXACTLY what satan wants ALL of us to do..
We need to understand the theology of the papacy. Popes can sin morally but are prevented by the Holy Spirit from teaching, promoting or approving anything contrary to Catholic doctrine or tradition.
The Fathers of the First Vatican Council concluded that no Pope had ever been a heretic – not Liberius, Honorius I, John XII, John XXII, nor any other name that is brought up in association with the accusation of “papal heresy.” Nor had any pope failed to maintain Apostolic Tradition in doctrine, worship, sacramental rites, discipline or anything essential to the Catholic faith & practice. NEVER HAPPENED AND NEVER WILL. The Holy Spirit also prevents heretics from being elected pope (like the Freemason Rampolla in 1903), and a true pope can’t even teach, promote or approve anything injurious to faith or morals or perfect worship, and not just when teaching ex cathedra.. This is the Tradition of the Church.
“…this See of Saint Peter always remains unblemished by any error, according to the divine promise of our Lord & Savior to the prince of his disciples: ‘I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail….’” – Vatican I, Pastor Aeternus, 4.
Don’t you see that if you know and believe Catholic dogma that a Pope cannot promote theological error and this dude does just that he cannot be a Pope. Further, Should you recognize this man’s error and accept him as pope you are in heresy. Think about that and the consequences!
It was a gentle reminder that there are also consequences to your own subtle intimidation techniques. Might even be a special destination for people practicing them.
Who said he was? But a true pope is prevented by the Holy Spirit from teaching, promoting or approving anything harmful to souls, which John23 thru Leo have done.
“…this See of Saint Peter always remains unblemished by any error, according to the divine promise of our Lord & Savior to the prince of his disciples: ‘I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail….’” – Vatican I, Pastor Aeternus, 4.
This fact gives greater weight to the reality that a pope was validly elected two days before the Freemason “Saint” John XXIII appeared before the world (to the acclaim of the international media and Jewish and Masonic organizations), then threatened into invalid abdication, becoming the prophesied “pope in exile.”
“The apostasy of the city of Rome from the vicar of Christ and its destruction by Antichrist may be thoughts very new to many Catholics, that I think it well to recite the text of theologians of greatest repute. First Malvenda, who writes expressly on the subject, states as the opinion of Ribera, Gaspar Melus, Biegas, Suarez, Bellarmine and Bosius that Rome shall apostatize from the Faith, drive away the Vicar of Christ [Cardinal Siri/Pope Gregory XVII, 1958] and return to its ancient paganism. ...Then the Church shall be scattered, driven into the wilderness, and shall be for a time, as it was in the beginning, invisible; hidden in catacombs, in dens, in mountains, in lurking places; for a time it shall be swept, as it were from the face of the earth. Such is the universal testimony of the Fathers of the early Church.” - Henry Edward Cardinal Manning, The Present Crisis of the Holy See, 1861, London: Burns and Lambert, pp. 88-90)
What I'm convinced of is that Cardianl Siri/Pope Gregory XVII, who died in 1989, was pope and that the V2 church is not the Catholic Church. My other replies explain more.
We can agree that there was a definite problem, given that the Press were broadcasting it all, but I do wonder whether, if Cardinal Siri (or anyone) really was elected and there was foul play, why he kept quiet about it. Even if there were threats made, given the importance of it all, it would have been his duty to declare it. 'He who should speak seasonably will remain silent.' Given that if someone was elected and had spoken out, VII would probably never have materialized. So I'm now wondering whether that Quito prophecy is relevant here....?
“On May 18th, 1985 upon hearing the persistent rumors of Cardinal Siri being elected pope from good sources, the well-known French journalist Luis-Hubert Remy and Francois Dallaism, in order to, as Monsieur Remy wrote: ‘relieve our consciences,’ obtained a meeting with Cardinal Siri at his Episcopal palace at Genoa. After a very enjoyable conversation, the question was presented to the elder prelate – if he was elected pope: “’ When we asked him whether he had been elected pope, his reaction was completely different [than when asked if a cardinal had left the conclave, when he replied, "No, no one left the conclave!" ]. He started by remaining silent for a long time, then raised his eyes to heaven with a pronounced expression of suffering and pain, joined his hands and said, weighing each word with gravity: “’I am bound by the secret.’ Then, after a long silence, heavy for us all, he said again: ‘I am bound by the secret. This secret is horrible. I would have books to write about the different conclaves. Very serious things have taken place. But I can say nothing.’ (The Pope: Could He Be Cardinal Siri? By Louis Remy, Bulletin SOUS LA BANNIERE).’” "The Secret" almost assuredly refers to his election as pope and being threatened into abdication, a secret he must keep to prevent the Judeo-Masonic powers from doing something, possibly nuking the Vatican, or else one or more of the conspirators confessed to Siri so he was bound by the seal of confession.
In his official biography Siri admits that he made mistakes and that he hopes that God forgives him.
It isn't sinful man that defines Catholicism. It is what Christ taught and the Apostles and their true successors have faithfully passed on. To give up the only true faith because men have denied the revealed Truth is a terrible mistake. Your soul is the most important thing you have and your eternal destiny matters. Please take some time to study what the true Catholic Church teaches and stop listening to the heretics and apostates.
Looks like the SS Leo hit an iceberg. At first I thought I was reading the Babylon Bee. Not even Francis would put himself in such an embarrassing position. Leo won’t shed a tear over aborted babies, but he sure has compassion for ice!
Trad Inc have become like the family members in denial blocking the lifesaving intervention for the declining alcoholic parent. Even after said parent just went out to the mailbox without his pants.
If my local priest blessed a block of ice in the name of climate justice, I would recommend he seek help and probably seek another parish myself. Rome is in another phase of decadence, only this time under St. Peter´s roof. Every day another sign of apostasy at the top.
Apostasy at the top indeed. Cardinal Mario Ciappi, who read the (still suppressed) Third Secret of Fatima, said, "In the Third Secret it is revealed, among other things, that the Great Apostasy in the Church will begin at the top." (letter to Prof. Baumgartner, 1995) What is "the top" but the papacy? And it happened with the Judeo-Masonic overthrow of a rightful pope in 1958, two days before the Freemason John XXIII appeared before the world to the acclaim of the international media & Jewish & Masonic organizations.
Pachamama 2.0: The Icy Sequel! or as someone put it to me: "Mr. Freeze goes to the Vatican"
It does almost feel like I'm watching a parody in slow motion, especially over the last few weeks, but I feel that many people are coming around to realize that this is more of the same. I sure did.
Leo has lost his climate compass. Calling climate change the greatest moral issue of our time is beyond ignorant. I’ve said this before, and I’ll say it again.
It is frequently alleged that carbon dioxide (CO2) drives global temperatures, yet without physical experimental proof (that’s you, AHH-nold). Churchmen have unfortunately succumbed to the hoax of dangerous uncontrolled climate change from lack of knowledge, and in consequence have greatly misled others.
Climate models developed by climate hoaxers are not physical proof, especially when "tuned" by biased input and false internal strictures to produce a pre-determined result. Temperature increase observed when CO2 is irradiated in a tube in a lab is not proof. It’s a physical experiment, but pertinent climate co-factors are absent that completely change how CO2 behaves in the natural environment.
On the other hand, there are 3 solid proofs that CO2 has an effect on global temperature that is INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM ZERO.
1/ Temperature always changes before CO2 in the alternations between Ice Ages and warm Interglacial eras (we are now much nearer the end of the Holocene Era interglacial than the beginning). This observation is obtained from Antarctic ice cores from which information on the variation of temperature and CO2 and their relationship in time is derived. This proves that temperature drives CO2, not the opposite. This effect is presumably due to degassing huge amounts of CO2 from the oceans during warming and re-gassing during cooling (the Coca-Cola effect, or Henry’s Law).
2/ The effect of CO2 on temperature can be obtained algebraically. The known effects of sun, volcanic activity and ENSO (El Nino Southern Oscillation) are subtracted from time-temperature series, leaving as residual the effect of CO2. Before subtraction, the lines are upward sloping with time. After subtraction, line slopes are statistically indistinguishable from zero, meaning that the effect of CO2 is too small to be detected. Zero, for all practical purposes.
3/ The forward and backward statistical correlation of CO2 and temperature is determined. There is no correlation between CO2 and temperature 6 months later. On the other hand, there is high correlation between temperature and CO2 6 months later. So, again, it is seen that temperature drives CO2, not the other way around.
By means of 3 different physical experimental approaches, it is shown that CO2 depends on temperature, but temperature doesn’t depend on CO2. Why not? Because other larger factors control global temperatures. The naked assertion without proof of CO2-driven runaway global temperature is conclusively disproved.
As an aside, why is Cardinal Prevost called “Pope Leo” when the 2025 Conclave was invalid from a straightforward reading of Church Law? The Cardinal-Electors gave themselves a dispensation from the maximum number of 120 set by JPII’s Universi Dominici gregis (UDG) no. 33. Yet, they are forbidden by Canon 335 from changing any Church Law during the Sede period, and they are forbidden from any dispensation by UDG no. 4. Their grave disobedience to Church Law made their actions illegal, and therefore the Conclave result illegal.
Forget Trad Inc’s hope for a better tomorrow. Leo is prima facie invalid.
(See "The Issues" tab)
Leo has swiftly and effectively been dismantling whatever is left of dignity of the office of the See, which his predecessors have left for him to completely destroy without even making a big effort. He just has to act like himself. It’s like spontaneous combustion, and the explosion is non-stop.
Leo ,the pope of the Catholic Church IS NOT catholic. Yes it hurts, But grow a pair!!!! God is in charge. We catholics know the deposit of faith.Get a handle on it!! God is our life, ourcenter ,our love. Deal with it!!!!
If Leo, the non-Catholic, is the pope of the Catholic Church, then that church has deceived everyone since the first pope was elected because if a non-Catholic could lead the Catholic Church, then Christ's teachings would not have mattered and He would want everyone to believe whatever they chose to believe or believe nothing at all.
Just because a pope loses his faith has nothing to do with the truth of the catholic church. God always rectifys his church. The arian crisis was one of the worse heresys the church went through.99% of all bishops were Arians. It survived and the church will survive this modernist garbage.
God is certainly in control. So you believe that the leader of the Catholic Church doesn't have to believe in the teachings of the Church, can teach and preach against or in contradiction to what the Church has always taught, defend, promote and favor the worst unrepentant sinners who also do not have the faith, and put into practice those things that clearly lead souls to be lost eternally. Except there has never before been any single pope that has ever done this.
Was Pope Liberius, the pope during the Arian crisis, non-Catholic? Did he contradict past Church teachings as all of the conciliar popes have done?
All we sedes are saying is a non-Catholic cannot be a true pope. Because no pope has ever been a non-Catholic and it isn't logical to claim the Vicar of Christ can be a non-Catholic.
We do not know why God allowed this. His ways are not our ways. He will do his will regarding either seeing to it the Church has a true pope in the future, or His plan is that there won't be.
You are on target, as usual, Chris. Taylor Marshal is a disgrace. So are the other trads who are minimizing the horror of Pope Prevost's statements. EWWW. Doing a happy dance, however, that Prevost has removed the mask and revealed to the world that he is even worse than his mentor Francis. P.S. I don't usually listen to Michael Lofton of "Reason & Theology," but from his view of this debacle, Lofton seems part of the problem.
Prevost: Being pro-life "means more than just opposing abortion."
But being anti-abortion needn't mean anything more than opposing abortion.
It is the moral obligation of every human being to be anti-abortion. It is not anyone's moral obligation to be pro-life, because the term doesn't have any moral meaning.
Over here in the UK it definitely now also means opposing the pro-euthanasia movement which is growing fast and 'may' be enshrined in law. It's just as horrific and if Leo's comment has any truth in it, it would be the protection of the sanctity of life at ALL ages, because otherwise society is legalizing the direct commandment of God 'Thou shalt not kill'.
So I would say that 'pro-life' does have a moral meaning to it, but it's possibly a more recent understanding of it. Certainly the death cults all recognize it as something to scream about, because they are pro-death. Pro-life = Right to Life = you can't kill your baby or euthanize Granny to get the inheritance quicker or 'donate' the organs of your still-living patient/victim.
There is no universally agreed definition. I would be happy to call some actions which result in death "pro life". As in the case today where two people were murdered at a synagogue in Manchester. The police killed the nutter and I would call their action pro-life as it protected other innocent life.
Mind you, as I pointed out in the discussions over the Vatican's Infinite Dignity document, even this police killing might be ruled immoral as the nutter has infinite dignity which cannot be violated in any circumstances. I suspect the authors of Infinite Dignity might instantly revise that judgement as soon as they met a nutter.
And who will authoritatively convey God's definition to us?
Although frankly I doubt that God has any interest in defining what pro-life means. We already have the means for knowing what we should do in all such related matters.
We know what God wants because the Church has always taught it. Oh, just noticed that's what you said. Precisely. You know, I have the feeling you just love being contentious for the fun of it!!! Seriously, though, going by what I read online in more secular discussions, I think God might want us to define it in modern times, given that so many people have a really twisted idea of what 'compassion' and sanctity of life both mean; along with an equally twisted idea of what God thinks about it all.
Actually, I dislike contention. I even dislike debate. If I were interested in engaging in contention, I could easily post 10 times as many comments here as I do.
I try mostly to stick to matters that seem particularly important to me.
C’mon! So Leo blessed a chunk of ice! He’s sending it to Eskimos in Alaska. It’s frozen Holy Water for gosh sakes! It might never melt. Isn’t that Novus Ordo miracle or what?😁
Pretty sure the rubric rules out blocks of ice in the blessing of holy water.
The Novus Ordo has plenty of options in their rule books. And anyone can make up anything they want because that is what diversity and inclusion demand.
No, no, no. He had to bless the chunk of ice before man-made global warming melts it.
Holy Water is not just water. Go back to your Easter ritual and learn.

To instruct the ignorant;
To counsel the doubtful;
To admonish sinners;
To bear wrongs patiently;
To forgive offences willingly;
To comfort the afflicted;
To pray for the living and the dead.
Tell that to St Catherine of Siena, who got the pope to return to Rome.
“We've had enough exhortations to be silent. Cry out with a thousand tongues - I see the world is rotten because of silence.”

I need to spread the message.
Isn't it a little strange that you attend a church but don't know what their source of theology is?
I know they’re Thomists, preserve theology and liturgy prior to Vatican II, have devotion to the Eucharist and Mary.. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be comparing their theology to or what “pedigrees” they have. Like I said I was just confirmed in May this year am I supposed to sit down and interview them as if I’ve been through 7 years of seminary before attending mass there? 😅
sedes cant handle the fact that the RCC still has FSSP and ICKSP and a few diocean TLMs..doesnt 'fit' with their novel theology..
Sede's do not have a novel theology. We have a theory based upon the unprecedented situation we have been in since Vatican II and the true theology taught by the Church regarding the papacy which is a heretic or schismatic is not a member of the Church and thus cannot validly claim to be a true pope.
We don't care about the FSSP or ICKSP because they are part of the Novus Ordo counterfeit church.
sedevacantism is built on top of jewish fables.. like the fake letter giving Thuc papal power.. didnt come from Rome.. came from the marrano jew paul lesourd, 1929..
https://sedewatch.com/jew-paul-lesourd.html
Why do you say that? Because they still submit to the pope?

That website has a wealth of info on the Church and what has happened since John XXIII was "irregularly" elected in 1958.
Pachamama worship, same sex blessings, all roads lead to God statements.. doesn’t that make Francis a heretic?
Yes, he's a heretic but head of the counterfeit V2 church.
See novusordowatch.org
Don’t you see that if you know and believe Catholic dogma that a Pope cannot promote theological error and this dude does just that he cannot be a Pope. Further, Should you recognize this man’s error and accept him as pope you are in heresy. Think about that and the consequences!
Stop threatening people with 'consequences' for not agreeing with your own opinions about the situation.
Threatened?
Do you feel threatened?
It was a gentle reminder that there are also consequences to your own subtle intimidation techniques. Might even be a special destination for people practicing them.
"The Holy Spirit also prevents heretics from being elected pope"
Clarification: it doesn't look like the Holy Spirit prevents heretics from invalidly being elected pope.
They can be elected as false popes of the false V2 church. See my other replies.
Thanks RK for your thorough explanation which is so important yet unfortunately not understood by most NO Catholics.
I suppose this is a “hard truth” when first revealed and understood.
They are not prevented from teaching error/jut prevented from doing it officially. If they are valid.
This is not catholic tradition that a pope is completely infallible. Thats nuts. Not catholic. Go back and learn your faith.
Who said he was? But a true pope is prevented by the Holy Spirit from teaching, promoting or approving anything harmful to souls, which John23 thru Leo have done.
Pope is not prevented teaching error, just not excathrada .In his ordinary magisterium he can tech heresy, not in the universal magisterium.

Your wrong! Francis taught and promoted apostacy!!
Who said he didn't? I even say John XXIII thru Leo are all false popes, as my other replies explain.
It appears that there may have been a nuclear threat against the Vatican, if not more, as is evidenced here:
whitesmoke1958.com/2021/05/27/grave-reasons-of-state
“On May 18th, 1985 upon hearing the persistent rumors of Cardinal Siri being elected pope from good sources, the well-known French journalist Luis-Hubert Remy and Francois Dallaism, in order to, as Monsieur Remy wrote: ‘relieve our consciences,’ obtained a meeting with Cardinal Siri at his Episcopal palace at Genoa.

Thanks for that link which I'll have a look at.
Blessing a chunk of glacier ice seems pretty "polarizing" to me. 😁
Good one!
Love it - and he can finish it off with polar icing on the summit of his global church conference!
PS do you insert emoticons straight from your computer, because I can't work out how to do them through Substack itself.
I added the emoji straight from my computer.
Thanks for that info - at least I know I'm not missing something on Substack, which I find extremely irritating!
Anti-pope Bob blessing the ice is so ludicrous I laughed out loud. And your article is very funny too - thank you.
Trad Inc have become like the family members in denial blocking the lifesaving intervention for the declining alcoholic parent. Even after said parent just went out to the mailbox without his pants.
😂

Trad, Inc. jokers are providing us with entertainment while Rome burns. Reminds me of the dancing nurses during Covid.
I don't think blaspheme, sacrilege and mocking Christ are entertaining.
Excellent report on C02. But as for Leo, how about John XXIII thru Francis all invalid?

Welcome to the prophesied Great Apostasy.
If only Pope Leo would bless our "ICE" agents who put their lives in danger in rounding up criminal illegals to make our country safer.
Appreciation and blessings from Sydney Australia.
And who gets to authoritatively define 'pro-life'?
There is no universally agreed definition. I would be happy to call some actions which result in death "pro life". As in the case today where two people were murdered at a synagogue in Manchester. The police killed the nutter and I would call their action pro-life as it protected other innocent life.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/cx2703lnww4t
Mind you, as I pointed out in the discussions over the Vatican's Infinite Dignity document, even this police killing might be ruled immoral as the nutter has infinite dignity which cannot be violated in any circumstances. I suspect the authors of Infinite Dignity might instantly revise that judgement as soon as they met a nutter.
The Vatican has no authority to change the Church's perennial teaching on capital punishment.
God.
