Like many others, I looked forward to the demise of Francis in hopes of getting a better pope. Then came Leo. It finally dawned on me that since we are the same age, he will probably be the last pope of my lifetime. And that’s a sobering thought.
i am so grateful that you brought up that defective catholic doctrine has not yet been corrected under pope leo 14. and barely do we see catholic practices being brought back.
"softening, deflecting, pivoting" is worse than a complete sell-out repudiation because folks who desire softness over truths that are hard to accept are easily seduced. If THE most basic question cannot even be asked on Novus Ordo trad Inc. - V2 leaders, how are they successors of St Peter? Default freemason = Trad Inc.
P.S. Layman Dimond attends the Byzantine rite under his local Novus Ordo ordinary.
I think the confusion is over devoutness as a Catholic or compromise. If you have a Devout faith, then you cannot sacrifice your Principles. These two things can never be solved by compromise. Arch
Bishop Lefebvre made it clear in his Book “Open Letter to Confused Catholics”.
You can say good things or bad things about Popes, but the one thing the last 5 Popes have in common is Vatican II. One dreamed of it and the rest even thou they may have wanted to, would not fight for our Faith. A Traditionalist, no matter what you call him, cannot support Vatican II. It’s like the elephant in the room. They blamed everyone leaving on the sexual abuse cases, then moved on to say it was…I can’t remember, but they always have an excuse —the Bishops or the Cardinals. It was always about the Free Mason-in-chief (Annibale Bugnini) and his non-Catholic Committee who rewrote the Mass and slashed the Holy Week services. Vatican II cannot exist. The “People of God” get what they deserve - they live in an Amoral world and they get to enjoy it.
What I find absolutely astonishing is that these "people" are playing with our immortal souls. Clearly, they do not believe in God. they do not believe in Heaven or Hell (Francis was clear about that.) I read somewhere that Francis was haunted by demons shortly before he died. I wonder if he could possibly repent to God for what he has done in his life (never forget the "Dirty War"). Every day I wake up thinking "things just can't get any worse." Every blooming day I am wrong! I console myself, though, by saying "Everything is unfolding as it should."
Elvis has left the building. Jesus has left Rome. But He has still, His Church. Faithful Catholics, Orthodox, Protestants. ALL in His Church. They are few, but they are not Alone.
Where pray, do you attend an SSPX Mass that does that? Not sure what R & R means, but the Laity are not allowed to talk in church so I don’t understand what you mean.
I’m very happy that I’m not crazy or a schismatic Catholic. However, the R&R position I have to listen to every week from SSPX priests and many laity in the pews drives me nuts.
Well, apparently they do not. But it was explained to me by an XXPX priest that they do pray for and always have like 15 things the church has always included. And that they specifically don’t say “Francis”. Now-not sure.
mr chris jackson, i just wanted to respectfully suggest that you and catholic podcaster timothy gordon do a podcast together on this issue. timothy gordon has expressed similar thoughts as you. see the participation of timothy gordon with the guys in the podcast avoiding babylon in a recent program this year.
"What’s being called Catholicism today is unrecognizable to every prior age. [...] What’s happening now is a bait-and-switch on an eschatological scale."
These statements, for me, were the two BIGGEST statements with the biggest implications. The times we are living through are the best of times and the worst of times. They are the worst because of the absolute state of evil we are all steeped in. They are the best of times, but in a sad way, because we are so pampered and comfortable. But this latter fact is what's weakening all of us.
Saint Louis de Montfort once said of our generation:
"These great souls filled with grace and zeal will be chosen to oppose the enemies of God who are raging on all sides. They will be exceptionally devoted to the Blessed Virgin. Illumined by her light, strengthened by her food, guided by her spirit, supported by her arm, sheltered under her protection, they will fight with one hand and build with the other. With one hand they will give battle, overthrowing and crushing heretics and their heresies, schismatics and their schisms, idolaters and their idolatries, sinners and their wickedness. With the other hand they will build the temple of the true Solomon and the mystical city of God, namely, the Blessed Virgin, who is called by the Fathers of the Church the Temple of Solomon and the City of God."
I don't think, however, St. Louis would have guess how complex and twisted the circumstances truly would be. To be honest, I feel we are living in an era of legends the likes of which should make the Antediluvian Atlanteans jealous.
I suppose it is possible to recognize the betrayal of Catholic theological and Moral doctrine, especially under Pope Bergoglio and now continued under Pope Prevost. In essentially every area. But not align with Sedevantism. I don't like that idea either. But the only logical possibility is to say that so long as there is a guy who identifies as Pope, we're good!

so great and humorous the image for your space column, of the newspaper guy!

🤣
They have been doing a lot of that for the past decade when it comes to calling out Francis and now Leo.
Dear @Chris Jackson!
Could you share the link where "Dimond’s response videos absolutely shredded their critiques", please?

Mt 24:38. They'll be eating and drinking, marrying,....looking at their screens until the End.
