The Diocese of New Orleans just came out of Chapter 7 settling for only…..only $230 million paid to those abused. And the abused are scarred for life or most of them. Now traditional Catholics aren’t perfect. I know because there are lines for daily confession. Daily. Not 30 minutes on a Saturday. Trads know they’re sinners but most don’t play footsie with sin.

That said, the good, devout folks in the Charlotte Diocese, priests included, need to do their homework (the episcopal consecration rites are readily available online) and start seriously reconsidering "Bishop" Martin's validity and act accordingly.
(For the priests, it'll entail considering the, to them, horrifying possibility that they're not priests. However, bishops of Old Rite lineage are easy to find for conditional ordination. And YES, it will entail an UNCOMFORTABLE transition to a potentially quasi-vagabond existence, but one that saves souls and fulfills the priest deeply.)
